Frank is the Founder and Director of Black Moon Pte. Ltd., an independent Business Research and Executive Development firm in Singapore.His work areas include Strategy development, Leadership and Change, Strategic Human Resources Management, Trend Analysis and Sustainability, Cultural Diversity and Service Excellence, as well as Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital.Following a lifelong passion for education, Frank began his academic career at the Singapore Management University in 2006, where he teaches Megatrends, and Technology & World Change and conducts workshops for SMU Executive Development. Further, Frank conducts workshops in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Dubai for the Global MBA programme at Manchester Business School since 2011. Moreover, he is an Associate with SIM University, teaching Strategic HR Management and Change Leadership since 2010.Frank started his career in 1987 at the Fraunhofer-Institute for Production Technology and Automation in Stuttgart, before moving to the Aerospace divisions of Daimler Benz and Honeywell. In 2000, he joined Deutsche Telekom Corporate Venture Capital, where he co-managed a €50m global fund, served on the board of portfolio companies and advised Government institutions in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia on Venture Capital and Innovation.Frank held international posts in Shanghai and Vietnam before relocating to Singapore in 1994 and working in various regional roles.He holds a Doctorate from Manchester University, an MBA from Macquarie University, Australia and MSc. in Mechanical Engineering from Stuttgart University, Germany.
