Comprising of 7 key segments and 27 sub-segments, there are over 34,000 companies in the sector employing more than 300,000 people, where the median salary is higher than the national median."

ITI@SMU was established as part of a unique tripartite public-private partnership between Singapore Management University, International Enterprise (IS) Singapore and industry partnerships.In partnership with SMU's Lee Kong Chian School of Business, ITI@SMU developed and manages the International Trading Track, a specialisation sector-specific physical trading programme designed to develop the next generation of trading talent.Prior to joining the ITI@SMU, Christopher was with the Financial Times where he was responsible for starting their operations in the Philippines in his capacity as their country manager.
