With over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, Farizan specializes in bridging the gap between engineering, sustainability and financial suitability. In doing so, she hopes to educate and inspire others to take on green building projects.Farizan was conferred the Green Advocate of the Year Award at the International Green Building Conference (IGBC) 2015. She currently serves as a United Nations Habitat Technical Energy Expert Consultant under the Energy Efficiency for Buildings in East Africa (EEBEA) programme and is the Green Knowledge Partner for the Channel News Asia Luminary Awards.
