Audiologist
(Singapore [Map])Responsibilities:
- Support the development of hearing instruments and acoustical measurement devices (audiometer) within R&D and conduct listening tests in close cooperation with the audiological group in Germany
- Perform listening tests with normal hearing and hearing impaired subjects
- Support hardware (HW) and software (SW) development (hearing instruments and measurement equipment)
- Develop and test software macros
- Perform audiological tests (HW, SW, System)
- Run benchmarks of competitors devices
Requirements:
- Desirable Master / Bachelor in Audiology
- 3-5 working years as a dispensing audiologist
- Experience and knowledge in fitting of programmable hearing instruments and usage of audiometers
- Experience in fitting hearing instruments
- Experience in usage of audiometer
- Experience conducting listening test (tone, speech intelligibility, speech in noise)
- Knowledge in acoustics
- Dealing with hearing impaired subjects
- Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good team player
- Good command of written and spoken English
