Compensation Specialist
(Singapore - North, Yishun)
Responsibilities:
- Implements and administers Company's compensation policies and programs.
- Participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze data and determines Company's competitive position.
- Partners with HR Business Partners to recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems.
- Review requests for new or revised classification to determine appropriate salary grade assignment.
- Partners with the Global Compensation team to architect Company salary structure, job revision, and variable pay.
- Participates in developing and delivering compensation related training to the Human Resources management and team members worldwide.
- Manages the annual Merit and Cash Bonus processes for assigned countries.
- Reviews current and proposed statutory requirement governing compensation administration and recommend appropriate courses of action.
- Audits jobs for content and prepares job descriptions.
- Participates in Global Compensation initiatives.
- As required, prepares special studies and recommendations on various compensation related subjects such as bonus plans, sales compensation, and stock options.
- May include administration international of international programs
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Compensation & Benefits or Management.
