Our Client is a Public Listed Company in the property/ real estate industry.

Environmental Manager (Listed Co./ Town/ 5 days)
(Singapore - Town)

Responsibilities:

• Formulate market leading green initiative plans for good building and maintenance practices
• Plan and implement improvement works in building maintenance
• Co-ordinate and ensure compliance in tenancy fitting out works
• Oversee daily operational matters or other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Property Development/ Real Estate Management or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in property management of shopping malls
• Certificate in Fire Safety Management is preferred
• Strong initiative and creativity to formulate market leading green initiative plans
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently but also be a good team player
• Possess strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
