Are you ready to step on to the global stage with the Singapore Public Service? The Overseas Development Programme will give you the opportunity to pursue a career in the public sector and gain exposure to China, the fastest-growing major economy in the world.

The programme is open to fresh grads and mid-career professionals. The duration of the programme will be approximately 1 to 2 years. During this time, participants will have 3 to 9 months work immersion in China as a key opportunity for personal and professional development. Prior to their China work immersion, participants would spend 3 to 6 months in their parent agency within the Singapore Government. This period will allow participants to familiarise themselves with some areas of work that they could contribute to after their work immersions in China. It will also put them in a better position to contribute during their work immersions in China.

Participating Agencies
As an ODP participant, you will be joining one of the Ministries or Statutory Boards participating in this Programme. In your application, you may indicate your choice of up to three job positions.

Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any field.
Strong interest in China and China-related issues.
Able to speak, read and write effectively in Mandarin and English.
