Manufacturing Systems Senior Engineer / Engineer
(Singapore)

  • Develop innovative automation solutions for fully-automated 300mm fab
  • Coordinate with Production Control, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Planning, Module Engineering, Yield Enhancement/Process Integration, CIM and AMHS teams in developing and optimizing intelligent production business rules to attain fab quality, cycle time, throughput and equipment utilization goals
  • Coordinate with Admin, CIM and IT teams on systems planning, improvements, and designing of real time alerting, notification and alarm handling systems for closed loop systems recovery to ensure systems availability and performance
  • Understanding of key manufacturing concepts (TOC, JIT, Lean, push/pull systems, production planning and scheduling)
  • Strong logical and systems thinking skills, able to see the “big picture” when developing and recommending solutions to users
  • Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple projects concurrently

Requirements:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production, Manufacturing, Computer Engineering or Information Technology
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Candidates must demonstrate creativity and innovation with a compelling desire to succeed
  • Knowledge in Advanced Productivity Family (APF) Suite and JAVA will be advantageous
