Fab QA Principal Engineer / Senior Engineer
(Singapore)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for selected Quality Systems/Indices and selected Customers Accounts/VOC/IQI/IShare/ICAR
  • Quality System roll-out and deployment to the Fab
  • Support Quality System convergence activities and system enhancement
  • Enforce and drive in-line compliance to TS16949 requirements
  • In-line monitoring control and continual improvement project participation
  • Collate and response to customer quality audit questionnaires and customer requests
  • Follow-up on internal audits CAR closure and effectiveness in corrective / preventive actions
  • Participate and drive in any projects assigned
  • Update, monitor, track, and close Fab quality issues (MRB, CAR, RMA, CR...) for management review
  • Facilitate Core Quality meetings (PCRB, MRB, CCAR, etc)
  • Plan, arrange and involve in Customer/TS audits
  • Timely Customers' issues follow-up and closure to prevent recurrence
  • Active participation in Excursion issues resolution with effective CA/PA to prevent recurrence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering or Science
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience (Those with more years of relevant experience maybe considered for Principal Engineer role)
  • Trained as leader assessor in ISO9000 or QS9000 is an advantage
  • Knowledge of wafer fab process module or integration is an advantage
  • Candidates who are working as a Process or Process Integration Engineer are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of Wafer Fab Process Modules/Process Integration/Trained Auditor in ISO9000/QS9000/TS16949 is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Good people skill, communication and presentation skills.
