Business Operations - Pricing Manager / Section Manager
(Singapore - Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to enhance and influence our internal systems to provide timely and well planned pricing & benchmark analysis & quoting activity to our expanding customer base
- Lead a team to provide value-add analysis with speed, completeness & integrity of pricing, loading, revenue, capacity support and utilization info
- Lead a team to influence & direct the way on pricing and capacity support planning decision with objective of optimizing revenue / minimizing revenue leakages and meeting company business goals
- Lead a team to increase revenue / margins through offering premium & differentiated biz analysis to regions / management
- Manage the processing of pricing quotes in a timely, customer service oriented manner by ensuring sales has provided competitive pricing levels, adequate justification and information on projects and make recommendations on pricing solutions
- Develop and recommend customer specific pricing and demand support strategy
- Provide and maintain the pricing guidance to the region - pricelist
- Setting corporate ASP target and challenge to the region – BEU & Consensus Plan
- Manage the quarterly consensus planning process including pricing analysis (price curve, price-volume & price variation analysis)
- Manage the centralized pricing database & system that drives efficiency of doing quotations and analysis
- Identify and manage the various revenue leakage prevention projects and special revenue projects (NRE, Reticle, MPW)
- Manage the update analysis tools, pricing/costing and quote activity reports
- Manage the Short Term and Mid Term Demand / Revenue Planning Activities
- Manage continuous improvement of forecasting processes, procedures and workflows
Requirements:- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Accountancy, Business Administration, Science or equivalent
- MSEE or MBA will be an added advantage
- At least 8 years of experience of which 3 to 5 years in semiconductor industry (including design house, fabless companies, foundries etc) and currently pursuing business operations or marketing career/experience
- Pricing /Marketing/ Planning experience will be an added advantage
- Strong financial background
- Experience with pricing strategies and functions
- Competence in Microsoft office applications
- Competence in Project Management
- Ability to interact/communicate at all levels
- Good team player
