Senior Planner / Planner
(Singapore - Singapore)
Responsibilities
- Work with Cross functional groups (example: Yield Engineering, Customer Engineering, Turnkey Operations, Modules, Manufacturing, Regions, etc..) on production and qual issues
- Optimise backlog, WIP, and starts to maximise throughput and linearity through understanding of capacity and process constraints
- Work with Business Operations and Engineering to ensure Fab & Engineering inventory and Rom bank wip are kept at an optimum level
- Utilise MES for WIP management and ERP Systems for Order management extensively
- Monitor and analyse the overall fab PO booking versus allocation forecast line up
- New orders receipt, schedule/starts and shipment management
- Ensure on-time delivery goals for customers met and minimise delinquency
- Prototypes and Bullet/Hot lots management
- Manage critical and strategic customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
- Take lead in Customer Support Team teleconference with customer to understand & discuss on business/ manufacturing activities
Requirements:- Bachelor/Master Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience of which at least 2 years of Planning and/or Production Control & Manufacturing and/or Customer Account Handling experience will be an advantage
- Able to understand and execute effectively the features of a factory automation system like the Plant Planner to improve fab productivity levels
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Good team player
- Knowledge of wafer fab and production control preferred
