Responsibilities:
The job scope for the position includes the following:

• Contribute to planning, developing and implementing the overall communications strategies to advance PUB’s vision and mission and uphold organisations image.
• Plan and manage communications programmes and media publicity to create awareness for strategic thrusts and key programmes, projects and events.
• Other key responsibilities include managing crisis communications, new media initiatives as well as developing corporate collaterals.

Requirements:• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in media and/or public relations. Candidates with new media, agency or journalism experience preferred.
• Superior communications skills. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Demonstrate creativity and strategic approach to communications and experience with crisis communications
