Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor project to ensure that the budget, delivery, schedule, technical, safety & quality aspect are met.
• Coordinate change control within the assigned areas and project's development.
• Ensure that works and priorities are defined within the project objectives.
• Review client's comments and respond to customer's queries.
• Provide management with regulates updates and report on the development of the projects.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry, Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, with at least 5 years in large scale projects, including curtain wall construction, interior works, landscaping works and all other related works.
• Relevant experience in Park project with landscaping planning and systems would be an advantage.
• Must be registered with BOA as Resident Architect.
