Facilities Development Officer / Interior Designer
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:
You will assist the Facilities Manager for management of hospital development and expansion projects from space planning, design, costing, scheduling, specification & tender to site coordination and completion of the projects. You will be required to work very closely with various department and contractors to ensure project meeting time schedule, budget and good quality.

Requirements:
You should have a recognized Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture with at least 3 years’ of relevant working experience in planning and execution of alteration & addition, new development projects. Possess strong project management skills and good in design and space planning is an added advantage. Knowledge of Autocad is a must.
