Quality Delivery Manager (Singapore) Responsibilities:
- Extensive experience in handling Quality team members.
- Excellent analytical skills so that he can filter key points from complex details and develop plans accordingly and where required guide the quality team.
- Effective communication and excellent motivator. Should be a customer oriented.
- Should have an eye for details and penchant for continuous improvement.
- Guide team in creating and implementing policies, processes, procedures, templates/samples, guidelines, checklists within the department.
- Manage the team and allocate the team member in Liaising with stakeholders in the company on quality assurance activities
- Identify and study current internal processes and initiate improvements to streamline the quality systems.
- Develop documentations and internal procedures required for Managed Operations Projects
- Baseline ITIL Processes (Incident, Problem and Change) for department
- Work closely with project teams to recommend further process improvements in project delivery
- Provide support for project teams in quality audits or health checks
- Collate and analyze periodic project metrics/ artifacts and maintain in centralized repository
- Liaise with customers to meet project deliverables and coach the project team for backend support.
Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Quality Assurance, Manager, ITIL.
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent. Job role in Software Quality Assurance or Supervisor/Team Lead.
