MS Dynamic AX Support Consultant (Technical)
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day to day support of MS Dynamics AX
  • Responsible for training clients, testing software and modifications, providing client support and consultation to Microsoft Dynamics AX Solutions
  • The Dynamics AX | AXAPTA Support Consultant will join an established team of business applications support professionals and will be required to perform 1st and 2nd line support, testing of applications, user acceptance testing | UAT and assisting with the implementation of Dynamics AX.
  • The Dynamics AX | AXAPTA Support Consultant must demonstrate experience with Dynamics AX 4.0 &/or AX 2009, together with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and high level analysis skills.
  • Works as part of the Support Team responsible for providing client support in relation to the Microsoft Dynamics AX solutions
  • Supervises the resolution of support queries on customer applications and to provide telephone support
  • Serves as a primary customer support liaison between company and customer
  • Ensure clients get a reasonable response to their requests as per Employer’s published support offering
  • Provide support for customer requests and quoting for any custom work
  • Ensure recording and ongoing monitoring of all incoming request issues in the support system
  • Ensure timely responses to client requests for support, according to urgency of the issue

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): MS Dynamics Axapta.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent. Job role in Software Engineer/Programmer or System Analyst.
  • 1 Full-Time positions available.
