Responsibilities:

• Conduct Business Operation & Functional testing and UAT of Microsoft Dynamics NAVISION Standard, customizations and add-ons.
• To provide advisory consulting, hands on assistance, and support on project related tasks necessary to successfully complete customer implementations of the Microsoft Dynamics® NAV solutions.
• Manage process and system testing.
• Perform UAT.
• Perform key-user team and end-user team training.
• Provides daily support for client in respective areas of Navision
• Participates in project delivery and ensure its smooth implementation.
• Gathering requirements for new functionality and also will be doing basic customization on the user reports.
• Liaise with business users and infrastructure support teams to ensure production issues are resolved on a timely basis and that correct actions are taken
• Implement continual improvement to ensure application stability and performance to minimize support calls.
• Take ownership of each issue and manage each request or incident from start to successful conclusion

Requirements:

• Degree or above (Information Management System with Business qualification is preferable);
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years relevant experience in Navision in techno-Functional role.
• Exceptional communication skills;
