Administrative Assistant, Special Projects-Events Management
(NHG HQ)

Responsibilities:

You will be assisting the Event Manager to organise the Annual Scientific Congress (ASC). You will be assigned to assist the team to co-ordinate the meeting agendas, provide regular updates of the progress of each sub-committees, assist in delegates management and provide administrative and logistics support to the Secretariat Committee.

You will also be involved in the coordination of training programmes and courses organized by the Research & Development Office (RDO), and other duties assigned.

Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in any discipline
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
- Provide marketing and administration support
- Enjoy meeting people and supporting conferences
- Able to multi-task and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Team player who is creative, meticulous, highly motivated, results-oriented and is an effective leader
