You will be accountable for the business, profitability, and delivery of the projects undertaken by the company. You are expected to develop the overall long-range business objectives and ensure their implementation.

You will manage the development and execution of all activities including administration, operations of the company, financial control, personnel and industrial relations.

You will assist the General Director in planning and implementation of short term and long term business plans.

Requirements:

You should possess a Degree in Architecture, Urban Planning or Civil & Structural Engineering. You should have at least 15 years of related working experience, preferably from MNCs , and have business development and managerial background with the ability to build up a strong team and business.

You should have good leadership with organising and planning skills and technical expertise in computer aided design software skill. Good communication skill in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
