Passenger Service Executive (Operations)
(Singapore - Changi Airport)

 

Responsibilities:

You will oversee the delivery of high service standards to our airline clients and passengers to ensure customer satisfaction and contractual compliance. You will coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the Passenger Services Department, oversee the deployment of staff to key performance areas, build customer relations with airlines and passengers, and ensure that operational delivery of our services is well-managed.  Your responsibilities will include the following:
  • Maintain effective working relationships with various airlines and local authorities
  • Day to day operational responsibility for service level agreements, service culture, staff training and morale, passenger and airline customer satisfaction
  • Investigates, analyzes and respond to operational lapses and feedbacks from airlines and or its passengers
  • Efficiently address operational issues through the proper deployment ofavailable resources

Requirements:

  • Recognized degree in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in a front-line customer service background
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Good stress management with an ability to handle dynamic customer demands
  • Able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
