Trans Auto Logistics Pte Ltd was established in 1991 to provide automobile transportation and licensed storage. As a third party automobiles logistics service provider, we seek to ensure customers’ satisfaction by the provision of a whole range of services in relation to the collection and final delivery of the vehicles to customers’ premises.
We are also a 3PL provider that manages all or a significant part of an organization’s logistics requirements and perform transportation, locating and sometimes product consolidation activities.

Operations Manager
Across Singapore Responsibilities:

To provide a work environment that engenders positive energy, creativity and teamwork among employees.

Conducting meetings/briefings, listening to each department’s issue and concerns, and setting a professional example by showing leadership qualities.

To set rules and procedures for employees to follow. This includes setting policies in the workplace to ensure effective implementation and adherence among each and every employee in the organization.

Spokesperson for the company and discuss the various objectives and plans the organization has in store to make its business more successful. Handling issues is also a top priority. That includes risk management, clients’ dissatisfaction and employee problems. Effective decisions have to be make that will not only help the company run smoothly but also serve to prevent difficult situations in the future.

Supervising and evaluating employees and their job performance. In addition to being a recruiter, to give directions to employees on certain job tasks, resolve problems concerning employees’ work performance, establish rules and procedures and create work schedules.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager and expected to work beyond the call of duty.
Requirements:

Minimum Class 3 Driving License and strong in 3PL management and resourceful cliental base.

PC literate, good communication skills, ability to interact and work independently
