In line with the Group's expansion plan, we seek committed, self-motivated, dynamic and diligent individuals to fill the following vacancy in Serviced Offices of Bharat Building and Suntec Tower in Singapore:
IT Support Engineer
Central Responsibilities:
-
Manage all IT functions for Serviced Offices
-
Installation / maintenance of hardware, application and IT infrastructure
-
Provide support and troubleshooting IT problem of end users or other ICT related problems
-
Provide support to IT infrastructure including server administration, network operations and configuration, backup/recovery and database administration
-
Undertake routine preventive measures and implementation, maintain and monitor network security
-
Provide support and programming of PBX phone system and CCTV system
Requirements:
-
Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent
-
At least 2 years working experience in IT field
-
Sound technical knowledge in LAN/WAN, Routing, Switching, VPN, Network Security, Windows Servers, PC, Mac systems, PBX
-
Understanding of PABX systems, VC and CCTV systems will be added advantage
-
Proactive, independent, a team player with the ability to work in a fast-pace environment
-
Good in trouble shooting and problem solving

Eagerness to learn new technologies
-
Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and customer service oriented

Good spoken and written English
