Millennium & Copthorne International - a global hotel group with properties in major gateway cities and operating more than 100 hotels worldwide, is looking for a passionate and service oriented individual for the following position in Asia: -
Regional Sales Manager - Corporate Central Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, the incumbent will be responsible to: -

Work with M&C hotels’ sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives;

Develop and maintain all current corporate sales accounts;
-
Acquire new corporate accounts for M&C hotels in Asia;
-
Implement short and long term sales goals to achieve revenue and yield objectives;
-
Initiate sales activities including sales calls, site inspection, prospecting and proposing
-
sales contracts, driving promotions for hotels to respective corporate
-
segments to enhance and to maintain business relations;
-
Maintain and develop corporate sales of potential and identified business opportunities by source and destination hotels / regions;

Liaise with GSOs on sales activities and initiatives;
Requirements:
The incumbent is expected to possess a Diploma in Marketing / Hospitality Management or the equivalent with 3 – 5 years of proven track record and hotel’s corporate sales experience handling the China market is preferred. He / She should have excellent communication and organising skills including fluent English and Mandarin, in order to converse with Chinese speaking clients. He / She should also be self-motivated, analytical and meticulous with an eye for details. Good interpersonal skills, as well as computer skills in WORD and EXCEL would be essential.
