Sales Admin / Coordinator (Up to $2000 / MNC / West)
West

Responsibilities:

  • Expedite orders processing, Sales Orders, P/Os, D/Os etc
  • Handle coordinator of documents, inventory and invoicing
  • General administration and operational support to sales team
  • Prepare bi - weekly,  monthly & quarterly reports and forecasts
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned such as hotel bookings, air reservations etc

Requirements:

  • "O" level/ Nitec/ Dip above in any fields
  • 1 - 3 years experience in similar roles/ electronics industry preferred
  • Customer service, planner, buyer / sales coordinator experience an advantage
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liase with mandarin speaking associates
  • Proficient in MS Office & Baan systems is an advantage
  • **Only Singaporeans/ PRs need apply
