Associate - Handle Maturity & Annuity Payments (Claims Dept)

Responsibilities:

• Handle general email account for maturity and annuity payments.
• Liaise with customers, Life Planners and Personal Financial Consultants on queries or settlement of payments.
• Handle batch maturity and annuity payments including processing of batch listings and ensuring that cheques are prepared and posted out within stipulated turnaround time.
• Handle adhoc requests from customers, Life Planners and Personal Financial Consultants on maturity and annuity payments.
• Undertake projects assigned by Section Head or Team Leader. 

Requirements:

• Diploma holder
• Working experience in insurance or financial industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated and a team player with the ability to work independently
• Detailed and Meticulous
• Dedicated to customer service
• Able to work under pressure, multi-task and manage high volume of payments
