Responsibilities:
As a pivotal team member of the sales management, you will play the dual-role of a thinker and a leader. As a leader, you will manage a designated sales team, lead and influence their performance to greater heights. As an experienced sales professional, you know how to coach your sales team on sales tactics and approach, and manage their sales performance and targets leading to closures and with service excellence at different touch-points.
As a thinker, you will partake in formulating appropriate pricing and product strategies, build up the customers’ database and manage stock inventory holding with the objective of achieving the overall sales targets and profit levels while capturing the market share within given resources.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you possess a Degree in any discipline, with track record and relevant experience in sales and team management in any industry. You are tenacious, resourceful and highly adaptable to changing business environment, while operating within guidelines and integrity. Armed with good interpersonal and communication skills, you connect easily with people of all walks of life, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
