Production Executive (F&B) / West
West - Tuas Responsibilities:
-
Conduct product testing & developing mixes/sauces/juices/soup, cooked items such as lasagna, pasta, poultry items, meat items etc in the hot kitchen
-
Ensure hygiene is up to standard at all times
-
Assist the Production Manager in managing stock inventory, involve in R&D, quality issue, customers feedback etc
-
Lead a team of production operators to ensure smooth operation
-
To comply strictly with Safety and rules in production areas
Requirements:
-
Candidate must possess at least a Shatec Diploma in Culinary Skills
-
Preferably candidate with experience in cooking Chinese & Western food
-
Knowledge of HACCP will be advantage
-
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Applicants must be willing to work in Tuas.
-
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service, Food Technology/Nutritionist or equivalent.
