HR Administrator
West - Jurong East - IBP

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and work pass administration
  • Payroll and claims processing
  • CPF and Income Tax administration
  • HR System and Leave Administration
  • Medical and Travel Insurance
  • Maintain and update filing system
  • Perform AP & AR function
  • Other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year relevant HR experience.
  • Well versed in Employment Law, Singapore Payroll and Income Tax requirements
  • Meticulous and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Good command in written and communication English
  • Mature and ability to maintain high degree in confidentiality
  • Independent and initiative with strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to multi task and possess good time management skills
  • Able to commence within short period will be an added advantage


Our package does include a good salary scheme with performance bonus, medical and social security package and 5 working days with 40hrs.
