Purchase and logistic assistant
West

Responsibilities:

  • Invoice entry and invoice checking, helping factory to work on incoming material verification
  • Responsible for logistical and transportation activities (e.g.import and export, sea freight and air freight shipment) including issuance,handling, and filing of shipping documents such as commercial invoice,packing list, air waybills, delivery order and other supporting documents,constant liaising with freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, and resolve any enquiries on import and export clearances and shipments such as GST payment, releasing of dangerous goods, tracing of lost items and process permits for controlled items in Singapore
  • Keep track and provide regular update on incoming and outgoing delivery status as well as on procurement records
  • Filing all docs - soft and hard copy.
  • Follow ISO 9001 documentation written process.
  • Can work on ERP system after understanding and training.
  • Supplier registration as per ISO 9001 system and document filing properly.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years' experience for purchase of various item like stud nut, gasket, round bar, forgings, casting, actuator etc items necessary for manufacturing .
  • Singaporean or PR who willing to work 5-1/2days
  • Residing in west Singapore - Jurong / Pioneer / Boon lay area
  • 1800 SGD to 2500 SGD depend on experience
