You will be part of a professional and committed team providing custom built solutions and a diverse range of full turnkey packages to a wide range of international onshore and offshore clients. Proposal Specialist
West Responsibilities:
To manage all functions associated with the pre-qualification, tendering, securing and contract management of commercial work on behalf of the Asia Pacific region.

Review ITT’s and using the prescribed Tender Template prepare a sound Technical and Commercial Tender.

Accountable for submitting quality proposals to ensure that company secures annual workload.

Review all completed Proposals prior to presentation to Commercial Manager for approval.

Ensure that all proposals produced complies with Approval/Authority matrix
-
Ensure all client comments and revision changes are incorporated into the proposals.

Liaise with clients and negotiate the submitted Tender with the support of the Tenders Manager and Senior Management Team.

Implement a contract audit schedule to ensure company maximises opportunities and identifies exposures.

Ensure that region does not have excessive Contract/Commercial Liability exposuresThis is a results orientated position and success will be determined by the contract awards and the growth and reputation of our Tendering capability.

Requirements:

Preferably holding a Degree on Mechanical or equivalent course

Only candidates working in this role, or have previously held this position will be considered.

Candidates will have a proven track record of several years in a similar role and ideally have an engineering or field based background

Highly numerate and able to handle a high transaction volume environment

Team skills and the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.

Flexible attitude. Ability to work different shift patterns and working hours to get the job done

High level of ethical awareness and integrityPersonal integrity that can be a role model for all other members of staff
