Senior Manager, Portfolio & Asset Mgt -
Real Estate Development & Investment
West - Singapore Science Park II

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic assets allocation and guide country operations in the sub-assets allocation
  • Takes leadership in ensuring that the assets within the portfolio of Ascendas fit the strategic directions and relevant parameters are reviewed and highlighted with recommended actions
  • Conduct studies and provide advice on investment opportunities in new markets and opportunities for Merger & Acquisition

Requirements:

  • Degree in Real Estate with strong preference for post-graduate qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the real estate industry
  • Good exposure to Asian real estate market in business space. Familiar with real estate fund business would be an advantage
  • Possess good negotiation, written and presentation skills
  • Assertive and business friendly
