Recruitment Associate (Sales)

Our expading teams regionally are looking for Recruitment Associates who will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment.
This dynamic individual is primarily responsible for sourcing and screening candidates while building and maintaining excellent relationships with our esteemed clients.
Well versed in handling the true "end-to-end" recruitment cycle- including client management, clarification of requirements, to candidate placement
Manages partial-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing and presenting candidates
Utilizes innovative recruiting tools to review and select candidates, determines and instructs on next course of action.
Develops and maintains strong business relationships with clients
Strong client focus and commitment in continuous improvement and the ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, with best efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to clients.
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma; Bachelor Degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
One (1) year of recruiting or sales experience preferred but not required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
Strong customer focus and drive for results.
Demonstrated ability to problem solve and manage time effectively.
Candidates whom have demonstrated longevity in their Sales careers would be at an advantage. Open to fresh Graduatres with a keen interest to pursue a career in Search & Recruitment.
