HR Manager (Business Partnering, Regional, West, US MNC, Oil & Gas)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies and tactics to further the development and retention of talent within the organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop staffing/recruiting strategies to ensure diversity of talent for each open position.
  • Work with hiring managers to assess staffing requirements and provide assistance in the development of strategic staffing plans.
  • Partner with hiring managers and other regions HR Manager to fulfill skills gaps or critical business requirements via Expatriate assignment.
  • Work with department managers on development plan for high potential or emerging talents which may include overseas assignment to acquire technical skills/exposure and leadership/international exposure.
  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies
  • Partner with the managers to review and implement compensation and reward programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Partner with managers to increase focus on performance management to maximize employee contributions and to proactively address performance issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of Human Resource experience specialize in Business Partnering.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas/ Engineering/ Manufacturing Industry and working with senior managers preferred
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and database.
  • HRMS, SAP HR or any other HRMS experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, as well as external suppliers and organizations.
  • Ability to execute tasks independently.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks in an environment with large volumes of data and paperwork.
