Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in enquiries for clients/customers on company's products
  • Answering of all phone calls regarding product's enquiries
  • Coordinate with engineers on all enquiries that is related to products
  • Training on all up coming products with engineers
  • Troubleshooting with clients/customers thru phone calls
  • Any other duties as per assigned

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Fresh graduated with IT/Engineering field are welcome to apply
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Contract position(s) available.
