Company Secretary -Immediate

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the Group Corporate Secretarial Function.

Liaise with Board of Directors; attend to Board and Committee meetings.

Compliance with the Stock exchange listing rules requirements.

Support and report the Board on Corporate Governance matters.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a ICSA Qualifications

Must be a Qualified company secretary

- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in a listed company

Constructions / M&E related industry will be an added advantages

- Must have handled Company Secretary level tasks
