Personal Assistant North-East Responsibilities:

Knowlegde in accounting,secretarial work and marketing

Knowledge in company law and drafting of legal contract

Perform general administrative duties including meeting arrangements, provide assistance
-
Writing and keeping Minutes after meeting
-
Schedule appointments, organize meeting and company events
-
Handling confidential matters
-
Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Director
Requirements:
-
Min. Education Level : 'N' / 'O' Levels
-
Strong problem-solving skills
-
Effectively, bilingual, able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates
-
Must be proficient in microsoft excel & word confident, independent and meticulous, also have the ability to cope with tight deadlines

Team player who works well independently and with a team
-
Available immediately or within short noticeKnowlegde in accounting,secretarial work and marketing
