Responsibilities:

  • Knowlegde in accounting,secretarial work and marketing
  • Knowledge in company law and drafting of legal contract
  • Perform general administrative duties including meeting arrangements, provide assistance
  • Writing and keeping Minutes after meeting
  • Schedule appointments, organize meeting and company events
  • Handling confidential matters
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Director

Requirements:

  • Min. Education Level : 'N' / 'O' Levels
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Effectively, bilingual, able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates
  • Must be proficient in microsoft excel & word confident, independent and meticulous, also have the ability to cope with tight deadlines
  • Team player who works well independently and with a team
  • Available immediately or within short noticeKnowlegde in accounting,secretarial work and marketing
