Customer Service Executive East Responsibilities:

Handle inbound enquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to customers over the phone or via emails relating to renowned product
-
Provide accurate and efficient support work relating to the renowned product
Requirements:
-
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma or Degree holder with strong exposure to customer-oriented environment, preferably with call centre experience
-
Effectively bilingual and articulate with a strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese to handle Chinese documents
-
Ability to speak conversational fluent Taiwan Min Nan is an added advantage to liaise with Taiwanese client

Strong command of written English and Chinese

Ability to build rapport with customers and to understand their needs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Possess good PC and internet skills

Willing to perform staggered shifts including weekends and public holidays

Welcome Singaporean, Singapore PR and Taiwanese
