Training Manager / Trainer
East Responsibilities:
-
Conduct training for CIBTAC courses (one or more of following)
-
Conduct training and prepare trainees for following CIBTAC Examinations
-
Diploma in Aesthetics Option A
-
Diploma in Makeup
-
Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology
-
Diploma in Body Massage
-
Diploma in Aromatherapy
-
Diploma in Reflexology
-
Diploma in Spots Massage
-
Prepare and manage course curriculums & training materials
-
Manage training programme and trainees to ensure that learning objectives are met
-
Actively participate in schools’ training and curriculum development activities.
Requirements:
-
Singaporeans/PR need apply
-
Preferably with tertiary level qualifications in Training
-
Appropriate CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC diplomas.
-
At least 3 years experience in training / teaching
-
Passion to develop own skills and knowledge within profession.
-
Passion to share knowledge and patience in teaching
-
Committed to high standard in job performance

Independent and responsible worker
