Head, Procurement
West Responsibilities:
You will have an overall leadership role in the Procurement function for Mapletree Group’s asset portfolio, leading a team to handle the Group’s procurement in an efficient and effective manner. This includes ensuring that the contract register and contract files are well documented, continuous improvement to work systems, processes and policies including driving cost-savings and performance leading to effective procurement, contract and vendor management. You will also work closely with the property management team to review and incorporate the use of new technology where feasible. Requirements:
You should possess a Degree in Building Science, Real Estate or a related Engineering discipline with more than 15 years’ relevant experience in property/contract/supplier/vendor management, and at least 7 years in a senior management position with significant experience in energy and building works procurement. To succeed in this role, you should have strong project management and communication skills as well as excellent at multi-tasking and prioritisation. Other key attributes include strong team player with the ability to build relationships to achieve successful results and familiarity with CMMS and SAP systems and applications.
