DIRECTOR OF NURSING
North-East Responsibilities:

Set strategic direction for nursing and patient care services.

Overall administration of nursing and patient care services from planning, organizing, directing as well as implementing, monitoring and evaluating nursing programmes to ensure highly professional, safe, efficient and cost effective nursing services throughout the nursing home.

Develop and manage nursing budget and related initiatives and plans.

Lead and inspire the nursing team to achieve a high level of professional standards and code of conduct to meet the required accreditation standards of the nursing profession.
Requirements:

Possess a Degree in Nursing
-
At least 10 years of working experience in related field preferably in geriatric care of which 5 years must be in a senior management position.

Proven track record of strong leadership skills.

Possess a valid Practicising Licence with Singapore Nursing Board.

Only Singaporean and Singapore PR need to apply.
