Senior/Vice President, Asset Management (Retail/Commercial)
Central Responsibilities:

In-charge of asset portfolio performance.
-
To drive the development of strategic plans for the assets with the aim of maximising returns on assets and follow through with the implementation and operational management of the assets. This involves regular reviews and analysis of asset performance relative to market benchmarks, identify new enhancement opportunities, manage partner relationships, asset positioning and the implementation of effective marketing plans, and control operating expenses to maximise net operating income from assets.

Assist in the preparation, review and implementation of comprehensive annual property business plans for each asset.

Prepare quarterly and annual portfolio reports, covering financial performance, leasing/sales status, strategies and asset enhancement status, and carry out research and financial analysis on real estate markets and real estate related companies.
Requirements:
-
Degree in Real Estate, Finance or related field.

At least of 8 year(s) of working in real estate investment and development,

Knowledgeable and conversant with corporate finance and regional real estate asset management

Strong working knowledge of financial modelling and asset management skills.

Proactive, attention to details, highly-motivated and driven with strong initiative.

Team player and independent in a fast-paced environment
