• Responsible for trade finance execution and management, including; basic export and import L/C operation like L/C advising, presentation and forfeiting etc, bank guarantee, and short term investment according to business requirements
• Responsible for accurate, timely and cost competitive transaction executions
• Work closely with related departments including Legal etc to ensure complete review and execution of all bank trade documentations
• Complete regular management reporting according to agreed KPI’s
• Responsible for preparation of Treasury related analysis, reports and reviews.
• Proactively monitor treasury processes, identifying non-standard activity, exceptions or non-compliance to legal, statutory and internal treasury policies, and escalating to management.
• Assist in resolving higher level treasury issues, implementing efficiency projects and performing other Treasury projects as assigned.
• Conduct contract reviews on trade finance related clause, provide guidance and professional advice for regional treasury and marketing staff on improvement of terms and conditions.
• Establish close working relationship with HQ Treasury to integrate regional trade finance management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in International Economic & Trade, Banking and Finance, Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in banking industry or other industries relating to international settlement, trade finance or banking functions
• Familiar with trade finance products, such as LC, forfeiting, bank guarantee etc will be an added advantage.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn and have good team spirit.
• Meticulous, pro-active, able to work independently and demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to multitask in a demanding and fast paced environment.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, basic understanding of Mandarin would be added advantage in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and associates.
