Responsibilities:

• Field Application engineering support on computer enclosure & PCA products for quality issues, complaints & ECN changes.
• Perform on-site verifications on RMA parts & reworks at customer’s site and warehouse.
• Liaising & meet with customer and our china counterpart for Quality Issues, complaints & ECN changes
• Compile customer weekly & monthly reports

Requirements:

• Diploma In Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering
• 2 to 3 years experiences in customer quality assurance or field application engineering.
• Preferably in PC computer or PCA environment or manufacturing industry
• Able to use PC
• Microsoft office tools
• Knowledge of computer enclosure & or PCA.
