Country Operations Manager (BPO, Singapore Office)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the business on a day-to-day basis to ensure service excellence and meeting client, site and company goals
• Work closely with the Country Manager to formulate and implement proper process and policies that align with strategic business objectives
• Engage and develop strong client relationship
• Support the Country Manager in devising effective strategies to ensure the profit and financial well-being of the company
• Support, implement and see through new projects to ensure the highest client statisfaction
• Manage, coach and groom talents to support and meet company’s growth
• Ad hoc project management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 10+ years’ relevant working experience within multinational corporation, preferably with operational and outsourcing experience
• Strong understanding on outsourcing business model
• o Experience in managing relationships with corporate clients
• Demonstrate strong ability to influence and negotiate
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, people management skills
• Passion for and experience in developing people
