Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS (5 days / Permanent Position)
SGD 2500 - 6000 +Bonus and AWS and OT
Across Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate tenders / cost, manage contracts and advise project team on contractual matter
- Prepare and submit variation and cost claims
- Strength in organization, time management and contract negotiation skills
- Liaise with owners, consultants & sub-contractors and support project management team.
- Review subcontractor claims, materials on site and claim.
- Project budgeting and costing reports.
Requirements:
- Candidate must process a diploma / degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Construction Industry with A1 Main Con background.
- Candidates must have experiences in Commercial Project.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (Need to liaise with Chinese speaking clients and associates).
- Candidates can start work in short notice / immediately.
