Senior Sales & Marketing Administrator (Up to $4K) (Expo) (Healthcare MNC)

Responsibilities:

 
 
 
 
  • Secretarial & Administrative Support
    • To provide secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager, including minutes writing and scheduling of appointments
    • To provide administrative support to the Team including onboarding activities (laptop, security tokens, IDs & passwords, workstation, stationary, handphone) and expatriate needs (accommodation, transport, etc)
    • To organize and arrange meetings
    • To handle complex, confidential and sensitive information
     
     
     
     
  • Sales & Marketing Support
    • To coordinate the internal and external branding launch
    • To work with the Sales & Marketing (S&M) team to come up with sales collateral to support the sales acquisition process
    • To work with the S&M team and partnership development to organize customer experiential events
    • To work with S&M team to provide in-depth market analysis for the business unit
    • To check that all delivered documents meet the internal standards and check for document control, report format and layout, spelling, grammar and peer reviews. Prepare the final product for delivery (CD-ROMs, folders).
    • To maintain an effective electronic file system for each and every engagement which should consist of the job sheet, contract, email correspondences, delivered documents, letter of completion, feedback form.
    • To maintain monthly records
    • To assist the team with meeting arrangements and provide administrative and logistics support to the team when required
     
     
     
     
  • Business Support
    • To coordinate the new office move with the stakeholders
    • To compile / analyze data and coordinate meetings with Government agencies as part of effort to secure Government grant and funding
    • To coordinate yearly kickoff event, quarterly staff communication session and monthly business review for Singapore Enhancement business
    • To coordinate the yearly audit
    • Any special projects assigned
     

    Requirements:

    • Possess a GCE A Levels with at least 4 years of Secretarial, Administrative, Sales & Marketing Support experience in MNC environment
    • Prior experience working in a diverse cultural environment
    • Excellent written, communication & interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multi-task well and manage different scope
      Takes ownership and control over own work and personal goals with minimum supervision
    • Remains committed, even in the face of difficulties
    • Look for and takes opportunities to seek self improvements
    • Service oriented, good problem solver, result driven, financial savvy and a good team player
    • Analytical, resourceful, mature and able to work with people from all levels
