Customer Service Advisor - $2300 - $2700 + Incentive - JAZ

Responsibilities:
•Advise Customer on vehicle conditions and repairs where necessary
•Advise estimate repair cost for work to be done, ask for authorization budget on additional job
•Answer all telephone calls promptly, efficiently and effectively.
•Coordinate with relevant parties such that the repair or service is done according to the
customer needs and in accordance with the manufacturer guidelines.
•Keep customer updated with the progress of the work.
•Conduct final check on vehicle cleanliness; verify job completion after end control, before
returning vehicle to customer
•Make appropriate goodwill decision for request that falls under the normal framework
•Follow-up with Parts Department on order for additional parts or accessories
•Personalize vehicle delivery after repair to the customer including explaining the repair
invoice to customer; inform customer of any outstanding matter, if any
•Prepare quotation for customer where necessary and follow through till completion
•Promote the sale of parts and accessories
•Study vehicle repair history and ensure managers concerned are informed of any unusual or
repeated complaint
•Update status of work in progress, FRACAS, data on campaign and etc in the necessary reports
Requirements:
•Minimum NTC 2 in Automotive Technology / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
•Strong interpersonal and communications skills are key requirements to manage customers
•Minimum 3 years working experience in relevant customer service industry.
•Proactive and independent with positive attitude
•Candidates with good command of language/ dialects will an advantage
Working Hours : Mon - Fri: 8.00am - 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
Sat: 8.00am - 12.30pm (Alternate Saturday)
