Sales Admin Coordinator, LC/ SAP (Temp to Perm)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Customer Service Department in the preparation & reviewing of LC documentation.
  • Process domestic/export/indent sales orders, invoices and delivery orders.
  • Process purchase orders for finished goods and follow up with suppliers for timely receipt of cargo.
  • Liaise with transporter, warehouse staff or area sales office and customers to ensure timely shipment/delivery of orders.
  • Prepare periodical reports and statistics relating to sales matters.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level with credits in English and Mathematics.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years' relevant working experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and SAP is an added advantage
    Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time and Contract position available.
