Sales Admin Coordinator, LC/ SAP (Temp to Perm)

Responsibilities:
-
Assist Customer Service Department in the preparation & reviewing of LC documentation.
-
Process domestic/export/indent sales orders, invoices and delivery orders.
-
Process purchase orders for finished goods and follow up with suppliers for timely receipt of cargo.
-
Liaise with transporter, warehouse staff or area sales office and customers to ensure timely shipment/delivery of orders.

Prepare periodical reports and statistics relating to sales matters.
Requirements:
-
Minimum GCE 'O' Level with credits in English and Mathematics.
-
Minimum 2 - 3 years' relevant working experience.
-
Knowledge of MS Excel and SAP is an added advantage
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

Full-Time and Contract position available.
