CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Central

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate CRM programs and activities through various communication channels
  • Manage and maintain customers database accuracy
  • Conduct profiling and mining of database to identify appropriate customers and prospects base
  • Analyze market conditions and competition to identify opportunities for events and promotions
  • Build strong, trusting relationship and brand loyalty with existing customers 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Computing / IT principles
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing-related experience, preferably in motor industry, with at least 3 years in managerial capacities
  • In-depth knowledge of database management and CRM principles
  • Possess excellent customer relations and negotiation skills
  • Must possess Salesforce CRM Software experience
