CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER Central Responsibilities:
-
Coordinate CRM programs and activities through various communication channels
-
Manage and maintain customers database accuracy
-
Conduct profiling and mining of database to identify appropriate customers and prospects base
-
Analyze market conditions and competition to identify opportunities for events and promotions
-
Build strong, trusting relationship and brand loyalty with existing customers
Requirements:
-
Minimum Diploma in Computing / IT principles
-
Minimum 5 years of marketing-related experience, preferably in motor industry, with at least 3 years in managerial capacities
-
In-depth knowledge of database management and CRM principles
-
Possess excellent customer relations and negotiation skills
-
Must possess Salesforce CRM Software experience
