North-East Responsibilities:
1. Operation Executive
-
Responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the play centre together with the Operations Manager.

Monitoring the cleanliness and safety aspects
-
Ensuring sales targets are met
-
Coordinating and planning staff’s monthly schedule
-
Managing the yearly work plan and budget.
2. Operation Supervisor
-
Handling all operations aspect of the play centre including enquiries, birthday parties, inventory control and organizing games/activities for members.
-
Assist in planning the duty roster, supervising and training part time play guides and party co-ordinators.
-
Recruiting members and promote activities, birthday and field trip packages.
-
Conducting maintenance checks on the play centre to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Requirements:
-
NITEC/ Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
-
More experienced personnels will be consider for executive level.
-
Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
-
A good team player
-
Able to work on rotating shift, weekends and public holidays
-
Proficient in MS Office
